COMMUNITY Focused
In response to our understanding of God’s call, Sienna Family Fellowship is cultivating a community-focused church. We believe it is our responsibility before the Lord to carry his passion of grace and forgiveness into our community.
God created us to live in community and fellowship with one another, and Sienna Family Fellowship is a place of gathering where neighbors become friends and grow in their understanding of one another. We aspire to be a people in pursuit of genuine truth in an atmosphere of whole-hearted love and kindness.
Sienna Family hosts three events per year on its property. The site is designed to be a shared space that allows Sienna residents to gather and live life together. It is being developed to include a teen center, skate park, green area, community center, and much more.
Our desire is to care for you and your family as neighbors because we believe Jesus called us to “love our neighbors as we love ourselves.”
LOVESienna
LOVESienna engages in simple acts of service in our community. We serve the neighborhood wherever it has a need – assisting with annual celebrations, environmental projects, or local school needs. Additionally, we encourage people to embrace a spirit of volunteerism, serving wherever there is an opportunity or passion to serve.
2:6 Leadership Group
Taking its name from 1 John 2:6, 2:6 groups develop leaders who aim to imitate Jesus’ character and priorities. The group studies the life of Christ, seeks to learn how to walk as Jesus walked, and develops the ministries God has called them to, patterned after the life of Christ. The group meets 3-4 times per month so they can sharpen one another, learn from one another, and go deeper in applying principles discovered in Christ’s life.
