In October, 2009, Sienna Family Fellowship purchased 14.25 acres of land in the heart of Sienna Plantation (on the corner of Sienna Parkway and Waters Lake Road). We hope to break ground by the end of 2011.
Our intention is to create a site that will respond to the needs of our community. We want to create shared spaces that will allow Sienna residents to live life together. Some of the design elements of this community space include a skate park, sprayground, playground, gardens, trails, an outdoor pavilion, a teen center and a multipurpose community center from which Sienna Family Fellowship will both offer its signature ministries as well as offer it to community groups for use during the week. We’re still in the planning stages, but you can see in the image below our hope for the type of space we’ll be creating in the heart of Sienna.
